They were very flexible and Metin even helped us source materials for other parts of the project I was undertaking myself.Mike (the installer) did a stellar job - he uses high end tools (Festool) which means minimal dust and great install quality. My wife and I contacted Metin at Rembrandt Flooring for carpet installation in our newly finished basement. He was professional and assisted with selection of the right carpet, ordering, and providing an expected timeline for installation. The best experience of my renovation this summer was working with Metin and Mike. Extremely professional, honest, and friendly. I was given a very fair price and that was honoured even though there were a few deviations from the original work order. Metin is a man of his words! And Mike (and his brother) is an amazing installer and a great person to get to know. I am glad there are still contractors out there who have honour and serve the society with dignity. I had Rembrandt Flooring redo the entire flooring of my house, to vinyl planking and carpet. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The work performed was high quality and done on time. I highly recommend Rembrandt Flooring.

I decided to replace the upstairs carpeting with hardwood flooring. The cost wasnt a whole lot more than replacing the carpeting, which was getting filthy from pets and dirty feet. I wanted it to match the maple hardwood on my main floor. Metin and his crew found the closest match. Mike the installer was knowledgable and had a fine attention to detail. He was able to point out and correct flaws in my house construction in order to have install a squeek free finish.

Rembrandt must be in your top 3 places to source when shopping for flooring. Chances are you will find your best price. If Metin makes a suggestion about your project, it is very good advice. I wish I properly understood his recommendation before it was too late. His notes are so meticulous that he can competently answer seemingly obscure questions about your space much later on. Do not hire Rembrandt installers, however. The installer may vanish and you may be disappointed with aspects of what little was done. Metin was so exceptional that the installer experience was a loss of only one star; Rembrandt did as much as was possible to make that situation right.

We are very happy with the service and quality of work we received from Rembrandt Flooring. Metin gave us great customer service and advice when we were at the store. The crew was fast, efficient and professional the whole time we they were in our home. After they were done, they walked us through room by room to explain what they did and discuss any issues they found. Rembrandt Floors came high recommended to us by other friends and we are glad we went with them.

The Rembrandt team were wonderful to deal with. They were patient during our selection process, explaining the different flooring options and bringing in multiple samples.We have an older house and during the site visit and quote process they highlighted technical issues that needed to be resolved that other flooring companies did not identify.
