I went in today and was greeted by the most friendly staff member named Ryan McDonald. I had a big task for Ryan as I needed to do a 3 car transfer and put insurance on them. Ryan was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in completing his work. My family was so impressed they’re considering switching over for house insurance. Thanks to Ryan for making this process quick and easy!

I used to go to a different insurance agent for many years, and changed to Westland because they are always so friendly and knowledgeable. A great place to go for advice and assistance with your insurance questions and needs. They have great hours locally and make you feel very welcome. Old-fashioned high quality service in person, on the phone, and online. Highly recommended.
