J’ai récemment acheté un bateau Kolibri et je suis très satisfait de mon achat. Un grand merci à Anton pour l’excellent service, il m’a très bien consulté et m’a grandement aidé dans mon choix. J’avais des questions après l’achat et on m’a vite répondu par courriel. Vraiment un bon endroit pour acheter un bateau pneumatique, je recommande fortement.

Possibly the best customer service I've ever received! I had never owned a boat before, so before I made my purchase, I called Kolibri and spoke with Anton. He was incredibly polite/helpful and answered all of my questions. When I decided on the type of boat I wanted, I was blown away that they provide FREE SHIPPING, even to Hawaii. I paid a small brokerage fee to UPS for their handling of international customs, but that was it.Unfortunately, UPS did not handle the box well and created a small hole in one corner - just large enough for a few small parts to fall out. I called Kolibri and spoke with Konstantin, who apologized for the mishap (even though it was not Kolibri's fault!) and immediately sent me the missing parts for free.We absolutely love our little inflatable. It allows us to explore new places and see our island in a new light. I bought the boat thinking we'd deflate it and store it under our bed, but we use it so much that we ended up buying a trailer. Now we keep it inflated on the trailer (and covered) when not in use.We use a 9.9 hp engine, which is perfect for 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog. We've taken it in both smooth and rough waters, and it feels really stable. Dog paws on the PVC don't affect it at all! The boat is well-built, and the 5-year warranty is unbeatable.
