I had some damage to my roof and needed to have that portion replaced. I call my insurance company and they asked me to get a quote from a roofing company. I searched on Google and contacted a couple of companies. With great disappointment I did not get any action from them. I then contacted Fashion Roofing and was amazed as to how quickly I got service. I received a competitive quote that day. Submitted it to the insurance company. They couriered the cheque to me with Fashion Roofing's name on it. Fashion Roofing arrived as soon as the bad weather had moved on and completed the repair. Extremely professional. Did a repair on my house that failed few weeks later. Does not show up despite making 2 fixed time appointments to fix the repair that is under their guarantee. Will avoid your phone calls and texts. Will not return messages or texts and avoid you when there is a warranty issue. Do not trust Steven Cao or Fashion roofing with your house you will regret it.

They won't like this one star review, but I don't like it when a contractor wastes my time, doesn't show up when they said they would and doesn't respond to my correspondence too. You guys earned it. Next!

I hired Fashion Roofing to replace my roof 8 years ago. A few years later, I started noticing water seeping through the roof of the mud room behind my house. I called the owner of the company & was told that Stephen has taken over the company and I should reach out to him. I called Stephen, he was able to honor our warrantee. He came by a few times as promised & fixed the problem each time. Stephen even helped me clean the down spout as it was clogged, causing the water to seep through my roof. Stephen is very knowledgeable & professional! He comes by as promised each time I called him even when I was not even his original customer. Thank you Stephen & team for all your help! I will definitely recommend anyone who need roofing work to contact Fashion Roofing!

Great work from fashion roof, guys are professional. They finished the work in a timely maner. The roof was blow away few picese due to the windstorm. I called the fashion roof, the guy Stephen came over the next day gave me the estimate also cover them up, so the rain won’t drain into the house. Thanks a lot, guys.
