Deanna Miluzzi is wonderful! I had an issue with built up wax due to small ear canals, which was causing tinnitus and decreased hearing. Deanna was professional and walked me through the procedure. She performed the procedure in less than 10 minutes. Booking the initial appointment was easy and happened within 24 hours.

I'm not happy that I paid full service of 80+$ without having anything done just because their doctor deemed my ears clean enough. I understand it's on the contract but there should be a half rate or something for not having to do any cleaning. I came in because I have been having alot of wax recently and ringing ears and the doctor said my ears are clean enough for her to do nothing. She didn't even rinse or do minimal cleaning or wiping, anything to make my money and time worth it. I wasn't even in the seat for more than a minute. I think it's robbery and the practice should consider doing a lesser rate for people they don't even have to clean their ears (to cover the doctors time but also be fair to patients). Also they state insurance covers this, insurance companies in fact do not cover this.
