Dulux Paints

My fiance and I visited this location a couple weeks ago to get some paint chips for our newly renovated basement and the staff member working was fantastic (I just wish I could remember her name). She gave great advice. She was so thorough in explaining to us how our chosen colours would look when blown up on a wall, she was a great help in finding complementary colours for our accent walls and helped us determine what supplies we needed (among other things). We aren't very experienced painters but we really appreciated the guidance from a pro! We will definitely be back :)

Google does not have Negetive Star so had to rate with 1 Star.Dont know if the store is corporate store or independently owned franchise.The friday evening staff’s attitude was just too arrogant and rude just because she was more interested in eating her delivered dinner in store and not interested to listen to customer query.How good your all staff work but just because of such arrogant staff you loose a customer forever.

I purchased my paint a few times there and overall my experience was great. I went there initially to look for a paint color my builder used for my house. The staff were very helpful finding the color for me. I was also quite happy when they shared how to purchase their paint economically. Their paints seem to be of good quality but the price can run rather high so those tips given to me were very helpful.Basically they offer buy one and get one free every now and then. What you could do is to purchase a few more ( even several) than you need in the original paint without mixing the color. They are happy to mix it later for you for free even after the sale is over. So you can stock them up if you think you will have a big paint project at one point. I did and I am using the half priced paint to paint my basement 6 months after I purchased them.Lastly, if you hang out there and ask for good tips, they are very eager to help. They are very knowledgeable with painting, staining or any small projects you need help with.I find painting quite soothing so when under stress, I often get a gallon of paint and paint my walls away!!!

I called in about a Floetrol and from the minute the phone call started to picking up my product in-store I've been nothing but incredibly pleased by Jo's kindness and patience. Very kind and knowledgeable!!Thanks!

Great product and great customer service from all staff. CAA discount is also fantastic. Something always on sale. Dulux in Milton will not disappoint.

Fantastic help even during Covid. Hopefully I spell this right, but Jo-Ann was helping me over the phone to get some paint to help put together my baby's room. I needed two paint matches for wall and furniture paint. Both matches are fantastic, I didn't have high hopes for the furniture match, but she went above and beyond to ensure the match was basically perfect. I will now be able to match my hand-me-down pieces from family to my purchased crib to make a matching set. Very grateful for the help!

I am a small business owner and not a painter by any means. The staff at this location are always fantastic to help make recommendations and steer you in the right direction. Fast and courteous service to get your paint and get on your way. Always nice to shop here. Polite and knowledgeable people.

Lovely lady working in the store while I was there getting paint. She was engaging and took the time to answer my questions and explained things to me. Great experience as you’d expect vs the big box stores like Home Depot where you’ll be lucky to even your existence acknowledged.Will be coming back for future renovations!

I was at this location a little over a month ago. I was being helped by Jo-Ann. I am writing this review because Jo-Ann gave me the best customer service that I've ever received. I was blown away by how accommodating she was and how helpful she was. She kept open a little later just to make sure I had everything I needed. I will continue to go to this location because Jo-Ann was simply amazing.
