The Urban Palette Painting

Cody and Leanne were great to work with! Our house looks amazing, they did excellent work! They were able to accommodate our schedules and finished on time. Being a century old hole they were able to make it feel brand new! Would definitely recommend!

*Update to original review* Just had Urban Palette to my new house for interior painting, again awesome to work with, Leanne was amazing and very knowledgeable about colours and finishes, and the team was an absolute pleasure to have in my home. Leanne replied quickly, the team arrived exactly when promised and finished on schedule, I stand by my original review (below)!Punctual and professional, very competitive prices and great work! Great people to have around - I will definitely use them again!

Cody and Leanne are absolutely wonderful, and have been a pleasure to work with! I hired them to repair a horrible paint job that was done by a previous contractor. Cody and team, showed up to the schedule appointment on time and were equipped with all the tools necessary to complete their work. They were extremely professional throughout the whole process and provided daily updates on progress. They did a fantastic job repairing all of the issues found throughout the space, and I would highly recommend their services!

Where to start with such an amazing company!Upon my first time reaching out to the Urban Palette I was very promptly responded to by Leanne (who has been a pleasure to deal with since day 1) scheduled a time for her partner Cody to come out and assess my needs.I was unfortunate at the start of my project to not be able to use them because of my timing.Boy did I make a mistake in not waiting.After letting go the painter that I originally hired (because he fit into my tight schedule) for not showing up and doing poor quality work.I called the Urban Palette back in.Cody and Leanne came out the 2nd time to go over what I needed done. All 3 levels of my home needed painting, feature walls in 3 bedrooms, featured accent entrance and my exterior brick. The excitement Cody had and his vision on how to go about the process made me know I made the right choice going with them.Despite their hectic lives in just bringing in a new baby to the world they far surpassed my expectations. Their customer service and communication is unsurpassed. In doing a full gut and renovation on my home and dealing with numerous contractors they are on the top of the list and will not hesitate to contact them for all of my forthcoming projects. They truly were a pleasure to deal with even their employees fall under this same category, Marco treated my home like it was his own and was always very pleasant.Take my advise and hire these painters you will not be disappointed!

We just bought a new house and needed to paint pretty much every single room. We contacted The Urban Palette to paint our entire main floor (hallways, living room and dining room), stairs and hallways, and three bedrooms. We couldn't be happier with the end result! Right from the start, Cody, Leanne and their team were personable, professional and always on time. We felt comfortable with them right away. They were quick to respond to emails and any questions we had, and accommodated us at every turn. The job was finished quickly and our house was left spotless. Leanne was amazing in helping us settle on colours for every room. She understood our vision perfectly and her suggestions were exactly what we wanted.We will definitely use The Urban Palette again when we are ready to tackle the rest of our house, and would highly recommend them! Wonderful experience working with The Urban Palette! Cody and Leanne were friendly and were very helpful throughout the entire process. They came to the house to complete a colour consultation, which made selecting colours effortless, and helped us make decisions, given their expertise. They remained flexible schedule-wise (our home was under renovation) and kept the house tidy while completing the work. We are very happy with the outcome and have already recommended them to friends and family!

Cody, Leanne and their team were a pleasure to work with. We hired them to give our 100 year old building a few fresh coats of paint to cover the previous colours, and couldn't be more pleased with the result. From the initial quote through to finishing the job, they were professional, communicative and efficient, and responded well to comments and requests. Highly recommended!

I have used Urban Palette for painting in multiple locales, and for interior and exterior work; they have done a great job each time – and they started the work as promised, and completed it within the timeframe given. Leanne is very helpful in terms of her expertise with colours and her advice was taken and worked out well. Marco and the whole painting team have an eye for detail and don’t cut corners. When their painting jobs are complete you can see the work was done by real professionals. For the quality of their painting, their rates are fair.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about Leanne. When I renovated my kitchen a couple of years ago, she did a fantastic job so it was a no brainer to call her up again. What separates her from others is she really does CARE about the work she does. This is obvious not only in the end results (which are amazing btw!)...but even just in your interactions with them. They were prompt in getting back to me, accomodated my rather specific scheduling needs and also tried to find ways for me to save money. They are genuinely good people who pride themselves in doing a good and honest job. So if you want a team you can trust...look no further!!
