This neighborhood pharmacy is attentive, helpful and efficient. I had gone in to check on my booster shot booked for Dec 27 and the wonderful pharmacist at the counter said”would you like to receive it today?” So there you go! . A Christmas Miracle!”come one, come all!!

I received my booster shot here. The Pharmacist ( Mariz) was very friendly, professional and the process was seamless and efficient! The pharmacy also had COVID-19 protocols in place, was clean, spacious. I will be transferring my prescriptions here for sure!

I have been using Oak Lake Pharmacy for about 2 years now and I am very happy with them. Mariz is the best pharmacist I have ever met. She always explains in detail the medications that my doctor has prescribed. In addition, she is always availble to answer any questions I may have. Mariz goes over and above the call of duty and genuinely cares for her customers/cients.

I took my mother to get her 3rd booster of the Pfizer vaccine. Mariz was so helpful and I really felt she cared for my mother. No lineup, was very down to earth and made it feel like a small community pharmacy. My first time there and will not be my last time!! Ty Mariz!

Have been getting my prescription filled here a few times and everytime I was very happy with service. Most recently had an urgent compound medication to pick up over Easter weekend, and the pharmacist opened up for an hour on Saturday to help me out. Now if that's not fantastic customer service, I don't know what is!

The service is excellent and discrete. The time to prepare prescriptions is fast compared with other pharmacies but it is still required to wait a bit.I was pleased to receive a follow up call to find out how the medication worked out and also offered free delivery for a refill that was included in my prescription.

The best pharmacy in town! Fast service, great staff to deal with. Mariz the pharmacist is always there for me when I need any help. She opens up if there’s any emergency situation where I need my medication. She cooperates with the Drs to find us a medication that is covered. She is friendly and loving to interact with, truly caring. Rafik the pharmacist is friendly and always helpful. Overall, best experience.
