Had a leak in my main entering the house. To me, it was stressful hearing water continue to flow without being able to shut it off, but was reassuring that for Canadian Rooter, it just another day at the office.Excellent crew, they were personable, and very hardworking, and for the size of the job and excavation, after everything was put back in place you can hardly tell any work went on at all.I would highly recommend Canadian Rooter.

My kitchen tap was leaking causing concern of long term trouble and damage. I called upon Canadian Rooter to check my tap and help resolve my problem. The old tap was broken. Public quickly replaced my tap with a suitable (lifetime guaranteed) replacement tap. Problem solved.

I clogged my kitchen sink by accident. Called several plumbers and all of them were either fully booked or no one answered the phone. Canadian Rooter was available for the same day service, showed up on time, quickly fixed the problem. Will definitely use them again.

During heavy rains we got a lot of water in the basement , twice.Called Canadian Rooters. we got the same day response.Terry came , it took him 10 min to locate the problem . He brought all the necessary equipment (Pipe video Camera, power rooter) . There was some sever routs clogging in the storm pipes. After about an hour of work he managed to remove the blockage and the drain was open. He clean all the mess after he finished. Great Job Terry! Thank you very much .

My sump pump was spraying water everywhere. I called Canadian Rooter, talked to a receptionist and was told a plumber would call me. Minutes after I hung up Terry called, I explained the problem and he said he would be here within an hour. He arrived in less than an hour, , quickly discovered the problem, explained everything to me and explained how he was repairing it. All in a positive and reassuring manner. I was really impressed with the quickness of their response, their courteous and friendly service and all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Nazar and his professional team have been doing work in our building for many years. I would not think of hiring anyone else for plumbing stack repair, replacement, annual maintenance. If Nazar is doing it I know it will be done right and on time and my worries and problems are gone. I highly recommend Canadian Rooter.
