We rented a skid steer with a concrete breaker along with three bins to fill with concrete. Professional work, showed up on time. Work was done last summer and strill looks great, they even dropped off some flowers to complete the work done. Sodded both front and back yards, added patio stones etc. Very happy with the work, using them again this year.

Terrible experience. Very similar to the other reviews. We had a last minute cancellation of an equipment rental even though everything was confirmed weeks in advance. And then had to deal with rude staff- specially the Leanne Cleland who we had hoped would help resolve the problem. Such a shame, terrible customer service.

I have rented a bobcat and two dump trailers in the last week or so!Lovely to deal with always on time and best prices around!Will definitely continue to rent from the amazing family owned business!

I have no idea what that negative review is about .. this company is my go-to for bobcat rentals. I have rented from them many, many times and have always had an exceptional experience. They are super reliable and bring the machine when they say they are going to. There have been times that I needed to extend the rental and they have always tried their best to accommodate me last-minute. The people working there have always been very pleasant to deal with - very friendly and helpful and the machines are top-notch. Never had a problem. I do a lot of renos and construction and deal with A LOT of rental companies and I will only use these guys for my bobcat rentals. And the prices are great too - better than all the other rental companies out there. 5 star all around. I think the negative reviews" were all written by the same person who was having a bad day since they are all posted "a week ago". You can't go wrong going with these guys."

Terrible service. I called and booked weeks ahead and on the day of delivery at 5 pm they had a break down with a machine and told me rudely that they don’t know if they will even to be able to drop it off at all the next day or at all!!! This was my first time trying this company out to see if they would be a fit for future work and would not recommend solely with the dispatcher not giving a solution to the problem and being very rude about questions about obtaining a hydraulic line being replaced. Also they ignored my phone calls on purpose seeing my number pop up but answered when I used another phone. Avoid these guys they are shady and use someone more reliable. Clearly these guys don’t know hydraulic lines can be made to spec on the spot and aren’t special order parts and there was a solution to the problem but couldn’t figure it out or give an clear decisive answer when asked.

I booked a mini excavator 2 weeks in advance for long weekend .During booking I asked if it is possible to book it then and they said it is no problem . On the delivery date they called me few hours before scheduled delivery with a lousy excuse about long weekend and not being able to rent and if i want it another date ...As i had booked a crew to do the work i went to Home Depot and rent a mini excavator to do my job .Save your time and find somebody who can stand by their promise and not gamble by using this company .

I have rented from Cleland a half dozen times now. Their customer service is second to none. Leanne on the phone is professional, polite and very helpful. Jason does the deliveries and pick ups and he is very polite and on time . Their machines are in great shape and their prices are literally the best you can possibly find. I recommend Cleland to everyone I know looking for rentals

We just rented a skid steer from this company and were very happy with our experience. Jeff the delivery/pick up guy was amazing, accommodated our late pick up without any hesitation. The machine that the office girl, sorry I don't know your name, recommended was perfect she really knows her stuff. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a machine, even mentioned them to our stone delivery guy so he could pass along the good word.Thank you for the great experience, I will be telling people who need machines to contact you, as work or mouth is the best advertising!!!
