We purchased our tub back in May and we did have a few issues, (our new spa package was not working) but I tell you that Ron took every phone call and text, he and his guys took the time to come out here everyday until the issues were completely resolved!! They were very professional, and very knowledgeable and I just have to say that they definitely stand behind their word and workmanship!!! I highly recommend RFT Hot Tubs Ltd!!

Ron at RFT came highly recommended so I contacted him regarding the size & type of tub I was looking for. Within a week he had one to show me and we agreed on it. He and his crew delivered it to my back yard and he has been available for questions and support since. I’ve now recommended RFT to several friends looking to purchase tubs and will continue to do so.

Had a great experience working with these guys while purchasing a new hot tub! They were professional, knowledgeable and provided great service. They were also very accommodating to my tight schedule for install and delivery while constructing a new deck. The new tub is awesome! Ask for Ron if you are in the market.
