Tyco Integrated Fire & Security
They sold us a nitrogen sprinkler system when we actually never needed one since they are mostly only used in saw mills since only saw mills have such high temperature fluctuations. They gave us a system that was too small for our facility and it keeps kicking off the alarms and not working and so we paid over $100,000 and can not even use the system. We contacted them many times to see what they can do and if the can remove the system and give us a refund but have received no response. We were majorly ripped off.
