Hi everyone, I’m a new contractor in the area and needed a tile saw for a small job. Wasn’t in my budget to purchase one so I decided to rent it. The saw worked great for what I needed it for. placed order was told 10 days, checked after 10 days was told 3 more days. Person too lazy to call and see were part was. On back order until Aug. Found our part on Amazon brand new it took 4 days to get to us

I rented a tile saw from Elliot Equipment for a weekend. From the moment we plugged in the saw we had issues. We ended up breaking two tiles with the saw. We notified Elliot Equipment immediately that the saw was not working properly. We had to rent a different saw from somewhere else. Two weeks after returning the faulty saw and my constant calling, they detemerined there are no issues" with the saw and would not be refunding the rental fee. Just wanted to share so no one else has the same experience and pays for a faulty tool that they can't even use. Renovations are already expensive without issues like this."

We were up from Michigan and had to tow a bike into town due to bad gas. They made two of their guys available including a tech. Drained the gas, plugs, new gas and we were on our way! Thanks guys!

Not very knowledgeable. Few hundred dollars spent and they found nothing. And did nothing.Turned out a 25$ dollar part was the culprit.And was fixed in less then 5 min.Dont waste your time do your own research.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I rented a chainsaw for 1 day, and was charged almost $100.00 for a chainsaw that wouldn't start! They had a very difficult time starting it when I picked it up, yet gave it to me anyway!! I spent more time trying to get it started than cutting wood. Ended up using my small, dull chainsaw to finish the job. When I dropped it off and complained, all I got was Sorry"."
