Amazing experience....both ladies at store catered to us hand n foot...helped my wife select the perfect fitting bathing suit n style that best suits her figure..Shan quality n style is best ive seen in Toronto. They also have raps that compliment suit we bought 2 of them....you have to one at least.This should be every ladies n man store for bathing suits....ill never by anywear else again.

I gave Shan a 1 because 0 doesn't exist. The person that originally waited on me was extremely helpful. I then wore my bathing suit one and the logo broke in half so I took it back to be replaced. I went to pick it up 2 months later to find out they don't have any more logos and it was not fixed correctly. She said I must have bought it on sale and it was old. Very rude. I will never buy anything from there again. I am also call the president of Shan because they will loose a lot of business. I will never where the bathing suit again.

Bought a one piece and a bikini from this place. Great customer service, but BOTH metal clasps broke on the swimsuits (Followed all directions to be careful with them). Wonderful styles but quality is lacking.

Bought a blouse for $560. I felt obligated to buy as I felt some pressured by the sales ladies. There is no return policy for in store purchases, even if you try to return it the next day. No refunds. Online customer service won't help you out either. Terrible shopping experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Small enough store to view all items. Canadian made products with Italian materials. Only issue was staff did not inform me of sales (it's their semi annual sale, which I already knew but they did not mention), trying to make I pressume a good commission vs. helping me help them clear out last year inventory for an affordable price. Also the change room curtains were tricky to close entirely.

Unfortunately, I came to this store to buy a one piece and 2 piece bathing suit for my vacation the following day. I had loved the one piece bathing suit (as the only one that has ever fit properly) however was surprised when I opened the package on my vacation to find that I was only sold one of the two that I thought I purchased. My suggestion to anyone who shops here in the future is to check your bag to ensure ALL pieces are included. $400 is a lot of money to be walking away disappointed with one bathing suit. The best customer service I received was to put the one piece bathing suit on hold upon my return of the vacation that I purchesded it for..... I could have gone elsewhere for my money’s worth and received both suites with better customer service. Severely disappointed in a shop that has great potential to outsell other bathing suit shops in Toronto. I would not shop here based on the above alone. This may fly in New York City, however their customer service would far exceed the response I got. My advice to you would be to go get a custom suit for the price I paid for one and you won’t leave disappointed.
