I ordered a piece of equipment from Onix and found the process to be quick, efficient and transparent. There was a small problem with the item when it arrived. Not the fault of the manufacturer and definitely not the fault of Onix - the shipper was to blame. CJ advocated on my behalf with the manufacturer and everything was soon resolved more than satisfactorily. It was a pleasure dealing with Carlos. I purchased a ironworker used and was unsure of actual punches and dies I needed for the equipment I have. Carlos took the time to get me exactly what I needed.
