Very disappointed. I placed an order online to pick up. When I open up the package and quite to my disappointment, the entire order has no food presentation due to the inadequate portion of the meal. On top of this, it looks like a leftover from another plate.This will be the last time I will order from this location, since it is not the first time this has happened to me.

Cancelled my Uber order as it was supposed to arrive (almost an hour after ordering). The driver was there waiting. Unreliable. Bad service.**Note I did follow up with customer service. It was not a better experience. I did learn it wasn't until the driver had been there waiting that it was realized that the order couldn't be fulfilled and then was cancelled.

Worst St-hubert ever. You order something, they deliver with half the ingredients. They bring it back…40 minutes late…still missing the ingredients you paid for. When you order for $200, the minimum is to deliver what you ordered.

Tonight we ordered (20220723 0116066) 2 salads and 1 chicken with poutine. Every was disgusting! Salads really really sweet and chicken like was made yesterday. Chicken was so dry and poutine like the one someone put aside for hours!!! Maybe was because was a late order or what, but this is not how should customers should be treat, when the price of meals increased plus at the door they asked you for tips!!!

Mistake with our order, or new policy? Ordered a family meal for 4 of chef's choice. Chicken was not quartered. Received two half-chickens.

Very small portions of rice and the salad was tiny. We paid 76$ for 3 people. Wow, so expensive. Not worth it anymore. It is the last time for me.
