I had a terrible experience at Gardenia today. I had my facial done by a very nice woman the other day. She was amazing thats is why i booked for haircut and another facial. But today the service i rcvd by her employee was awful. I am hurt. She just refused to do my highlights and kept making excuses about it. Said she had another appointment which seems to be more imp. When i told her she shud hv called me if she is nt interested anymore she had no answer. I drove all the way down there coz i had appt. And it took her 2 seconds to say no. Everybody’s time is valuable and every customer expects to be treated with respect. She humiliated me. I ended up cancelling my facial appts too coz of the insult i felt there. I have never ever posted a review in my life but today m forced too. Nobody wants to be treated like this.

My daughter and I were in need of a local hair stylist and friends recommended Gardenia. Both of us were extremely happy with our cuts, and we absolutely loved our hair stylist. Ciara is really awesome at hair, but also made our visit super fun. We’ll be going back for sure:)

I have been trying to find a salon I like since I moved to Woodstock 4 years ago and I wish came here sooner! I have really thick hair and have a hard time finding anyone that knows how to handle it. Hayley knew how to manage the thickness of my hair and I’m so pleased with my cut!She also waxed and tinted my brows and did a wonderful job on them!

I got my hair color and the cut here… though i am happy with the color i did not like the cut…it was not at all the way I had discussed when I booked the appointment. It is just a straight shoulder cut that too uneven… its a mess and now i have to flat iron it until my hair grow back again….really unhappy

Haley does a good job. The salon is clean and neat and friendly. I enjoy going there.

I thought this was the saloon for me, I was wrong. I had been going there for over 2 years. But my last visit the hairstylist Ciara didn't highlight my hair enough. I paid over $260 for highlights and didn't receive enough on my hair. I had asked about highlights and low lights, and she said she could give me the look I was looking for. She had done many foils but there wasn't enough hair strands in the foils to show any highlights! Looks like I didn't get any. I spoke with the owner Amanda and she said rebook an appointment and we will look at it. When I rebooked Ciara she called in sick, so another few weeks later I was booked in again. I go in and get a different hairstylist and she quotes me $90 to $100 to highlight the top of my head. So I asked where's Amanda the owner, she says she was with a client and can't be disturbed,so I walked out. I'm not paying full price for highlights that her employee didn't do right the first time. Than Amanda sends me a very nasty text saying that this is a busy time of the year and I left leaving the girl with a 2.5 hour break and maybe they're salon isn't for me.The owner Amanda should of called me and not texted a client about the bad service her salon has.Guess I should of let the girl do my hair, than walked out without paying. Maybe Amanda now knows how it feels to be treated badly. They treated me terrible and guess they should stick with the seniors and not do any of the general public hair !

I bring my son and I to this salon, faithfully. Every single time I have had a good experience. My son has been in several times for a haircut through COVID and their salon is always clean and respects social distancing.I have even had my appointment cancelled because the stylist was sick (pre COVID). Not only did another hairstylist fit me in to her busy schedule that same day, I was able to do an extensive dye after using henna products on my hair for years. I absolutely LOVE all the styling products they used.I am now a faithful patron of this salon. Thanks to the amazing owner, I have been able to consistently get my conditioning and shampoo products through COVID.I have nothing but the highest respect for Amanda, Kaitlyn and my regular stylist Megan. Each and every one of these ladies is a Real Lady Boss of Oxford County as well as a stylist in their main occupation.Congrats on PIVOTing through these challenging times ladies!

Absolutely amazing every time I go! Meghan does such a great job and gives the BEST head massages! She takes the time to figure out what I want with my hair and actually listens!They follow all the COVID protocols which allows me to feel safe and actually relax while I'm at the salon.Can't wait for my next appointment

Finally found someone who is good with thick hair, Ciara was awesome, washed my hair today and so easy to style, she's a keeper for sure
