They are having some issues but avoiding any response. The number they have on door is disconnected. They have several awnings and I have no way to contact them to get them back.My previous experience has been great. But now they are neglecting basic responsibility.

This family owned business is a gem! Sue and “The Mikes” are the best, they’re easy to work with, have a great selection, they’re fast, and accommodating- I would t use anyone else!

Greatest place for shades and awnings- Top notch custom work and service

Awnings are amazing! They are a lo-fi cooling solution with no carbon output! I wish more folks put these on their houses.We have high efficiency Anderson windows and we can immediately tell a difference when the awnings go up in the spring! The house takes on way less heat during the day.Storing the awnings away in winter months with Royal lets us capture all the fall and winter sunshine. Then we are always happy to see them come back again next year.Update May 2023: The family experienced a loss and the business has to configure. I received a letter letting me know that services would change slightly (I will need to store my awnings in my garage going forward) and requesting patience as they recover from the loss.

Love Love Love this family business. They have made 12 shades for me and I have 4 more on order. The owner and family are so kind and so very detailed. Their workmanship is beautiful and so unique to the period homes. I feel fortunate.

Royal has done all the shades in our house. We love them. Royal is personal, quick, and dependable. We recommend them highly.

Previous owner where I live recommended Royal Shade so I tried it out purchasing 2 top down bottom up blinds and one room darkening shade. Everything was a perfect fit and the installers were great! The building is a little dated but nothing beats top notch service!
