Honestly, I had a great experience shopping at this location. The staff, Mrs. Gordona, was sweet and took her time to find the best ring for my weeding anniversary. I attended to several different jewelry stores and this one was by far the best in pricing, variety and customer service. Thanks so much! ;)

The manager Kim is such a supportive person . I had to return an item which my partner gifted me from New Brunswick branch. Other branches refused to take it back without his presence due to his flexiti card but kim helped me with the return. Thank you kim

My husband and I had a great experience choosing our wedding bands. Carmela helped us to select our bands based on our preferences, and they turned out so so beautiful. There were so many choices and we never felt rushed. She even helped my husband to design his own custom band! She was so kind, helpful and patient. We will definitely be going back in the future!

Very Poor Customer Relations! I was very disappointed with my visit to Charm at Oshawa Centre today. I have made quite a few purchases at Charm over the past 5 years. It had become my 'go to' jewellery store but not any more after today. I purchased a pair of gold earrings last week with a 30-day return policy. I found them to be too big so took them back today. I was shown other earrings and chose another pair that I believed were more suitable. They were the same price and from the same show case. Last week the sales rep offered me a 10% discount when I asked if I could get a better price. I was pleased but today the manager would not honour the discount and said I'd have to pay the full price. Both pairs of earrings were the same price in the showcase. They were not on sale and the manager would not allow me to do a direct exchange. I complained saying that it made no sense. They tried to tell me that there was more gold in the ones I was exchanging for. I could not understand that because if that was the case why weren't they more money than the first pair I bought. Neither of them were on sale. I believe the sales rep from last week was very generous with me and the manager today had something against me. She 'dug in her heels' and wouldn't even consider honoring the discount. In fact, she said, I'll just refund your money." So I said

If I could give you less than one star I would. The customer service" was disgusting! I don't care what you think of how I look to you I purchased many pieces of jewellery from you (not this location) in oshawas center... However I was looking for a repair for my 18k gold pendant. I was treated poorly when I spoke with a female associate so I went back later and then a male associate ignored me completely. I don't care if I don't look ideal to you I am still a paying customer that has purchased many different items from your brand but I will never again. Wow such horrid employee service. I will gladly go to peoples or Swarovski never again to charm because that is exactly what you all lacked. Shame on you!"

I was helped by Rachel and it went wonderfully! She exceeded expectations and ensured that I knew the total cost of my purchase. I would definitely shop here again!

I went shopping at Charms, Oshawa Centre to purchase a longer gold chain for my late wife’s antique gold locket so I could wear it. I ended up paying more than I anticipated, but that’s okay, because the chain was perfect and looks spectacular with the locket. I was taken care of by Carmela who was a delight to interact with. I will definitely shop at Charms again and only purchase from Carmela.

I had visited the locations a few times hoping to speak to the Manager. After a few attempts later I finally met Kiimberley Mann, who I expressed great frustration, concern and defeat in trying to remove an earring that seemed to be jammed on my ear (set was purchased online). She sat me down and asked me to be patient, she took the time and care to finally cut the earring off, as it was impossible to remove. She then provided me with a new set of Diamond earings to replace the ones I had purchased more than a year prior. I was so relieved to have the earrings out and able to wear other earrings again. She was kind and funny. I would definitely recommend going to the Oshawa Centre CHARM location. Kimberley really understands the true meaning of Customer Service. Thank you so much again. I hope the company recognizes that you are a valuable asset to their business. :)

Great selection of rings, necklaces, earrings and many more items of jewelry with a large variety of precious metals and gemstones. Professional and friendly staff, who helped out. I found the perfect engagement ring for my fiance!

Me & my husband had a wonderful experience at Charm located in Oshawa center. Jenjil was our guide & she gave a detailed information about diamonds & she had lot of patience & a very positive attitude. Just a fantastic customer service experience we had and also we got what we were looking for a pendant & earring studs! Thank Goodness we walked out of people's jweller's after getting a rude response from one of the sales lady!
