As monopoly service provider for animal transport into the country, personnel at the counter today 28 December, servicing KLM flight assumed no responsibility for the fact they work with people and offered customer service level that you never want to be in that office space again. No communication, no smile , no kind word, and showed with every expression how annoying the fact that paying customers where taking stuff time away from their sitting in the chair duties. Try to abound this place as a plague and use any other company for your service needs .
