A friend recommended I try Ideal Protein but I had given in to the fact I was middle aged and it would be a struggle to try to lose weight.Well I decided one day to give it a try and WOW I wonder now why I waited so long ! I feel so much better this has changed my metabolism and my mind set I look forward to maintaining my new healthy weight and lifestyle!
