Stopped by here for some memorabilia. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me find a few specific items I needed. The store has great selection as well. Highly recommended.

Excellent selection of cards and memorabilia. They have a massive selection of sports cards, Yu-gi-Oh, Magic and Pokemon. I love visiting this type of store and look autographs of famous players like Jordan, Kobe, Gretzky and others.

Amazing Service! Came here to buy some Pokémon Go packs, and pulled something amazing, the employees offered me a sleeve & a top loader. Pastimes will forever be my goto place to buy cards, great selection as well!

Great place for the sports memorabilia collector, jerseys, cards, photos, balls, picks, etc. Signed and rare as well. Knowledgeable staff.

went to the Kuzmenko signing, extremely unorganized, people sat there from 10-11am, only to be pushed behind everyone who had an orange “photo op ticket” which was the cheapest option too? but it doe give free advertising for pastime in the background of the photo so I can see why it would be a priority to pastime. However it’s just simply not fair to those who were never informed, and it was never posted that bought premium, or regular tickets, and even if we were there early, got shoved behind. However that wasn’t even why I was upset with the whole experience, I showed up at 10:30 and was second in line to a disabled man in a wheelchair, and shortly after his autsim, also in a wheelchair. They were not prioritized and aftwr sitting there since 9 am for his autistic sister, got shoved behind all the 20$ photo op ticket holders, I get places need to make money, and have people go fast, but also need to have a conscious and fairlness, sad to say I won’t be returning for another signing, shame it was a nice store!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! They are always happy to give great advice. The products they carry are very reasonably priced.They carry ALL the pokemon and yugioh products too.

Asolutely brilliant shop. I love coming here. I started the hobby about 6 weeks ago and I always have a great chat when I come in..... and what's more, they always say hellop to my 2 year old son. You have a lifetime customer in me, and most likely my son now! I don't go to you for the cards, I go for the service and the treatment that I get.... I can buy the packs anywhere, but I can't buy the quality of service I always receive. Staff are always offering me the best, most consistent and useful advice :)

I went in to the store and looked around for things to buy, and I picked up 4 Pokemon Detective Pikachu Case files advertised at $14.99 on the box. When I proceeded to pay for them at the counter I was told it was $116.43, which made no sense. The price should have been $67.15 for 4 packs after taxes.How do you expect to feel if you went to purchase a product and the price increased by $10 each! If you participated in the scanning code of practice the product would be free up to a $10 value. You guys don’t but the pricing should had been honored for at least for 1 of the packs. Thus is a bite and switch. When I asked about how come such a big jump in price they told me they had no control and it comes from another store and there is nothing they can do about price. This is upsetting. Not a happy camper.

So far I have made a few times online orders. Excellent customer service at Metrotown store. Their online order and pickup was easy. The staff do verify the product(s) ordered and ID before handing the order to the customer. On couple occasions I do notice the box is slightly crushed. Probably other boxes were stacked on top of mine??? Plenty of parking at Metropolis Metrotown and business hours are good because I can go there in the evenings or weekends.

Preordered from them.All their online orders were just piled in a corner in tied up bags and the guy was just shoving the pile around to look for my order. Box was crushed and damaged. Never ordering from them again.
