Optimal Engineering is a wonderful and professional company. I am an Architectural Designer and I used this company from all my mechanical engineering needs and they have never let me down. We hired Optimal Engineering for our basement permit work in Toronto. Farzad and Ash helped us complete the drawings and paperwork in a time bound and proactive manner. Farzad was also very helpful with follow up queries we had regarding the permit. Will definitely use their services again in the future and will also highly recommend them to anyone reading this.
