Good in a pinch if you can't wait to order something online. Bit expensive for some stuff but the Lordco brand motor oil is cheap. The staff are helpful and friendly

Grizzly auto repair really helped me out of a jam. I thought I had an issue with my truck as I heard a subtle noise that was different to what it normally was. I asked if they could just come outside to LOOK under the hood and tell me I was hearing things.As myself and the mechanic stepped outside my water pump busted and coolant was leaking everywhere. I had to make an emergency trip through the rogers pass and they understood my situation, and got me a new water pump installed within 2 hours and I was able to be on my way.I am so thankful that the wonderful and caring crew were located there and really saved me. Best customer service I have come across when being at a mechanic shop. You guys really rock. I'll be bragging about you to anyone that mentions they need a mechanic!

I received the BEST customer service from Jesse at the front desk! My “service engine” light came on while I was on the highway causing me significant panic. I stopped in and Jesse was beyond kind, caring and helpful. A scan was done within 10 minutes and determined it wasn’t a safety issue so I was good to go. Highly recommend and thankful to the team at Grizzly Auto!

They're response time is quick, they're attention to detail is fantastic and I trust them with their quotes and my car. I love that they give me details on our car, present and future. They take photos and take the time to explain everything. They're honesty and integrity shines through. I've had issues finding reliable and honest mechanics and I'd happily recommend Grizzly Auto to anyone who asks. If there are issues that arise after work has been done, they're quick to respond and figure it out with me. Can't recommend them highly enough. Well done guys! Honestly, one of the best garages I have been to. Jesse is a phenomenal receptionist, always smiling and helping out! They offer a shuttle to my work when needed. When my uhaul wiring was about to start a fire, they sorted it out , drove my car to my work and personally brought me my car key. Letting me pay via e-transfer. 10/10. They have always been honest with my service and never have worked without my permission.

They helped my son out on his way back to Vancouver the other day. His vehicle started to act up and I suggested to drop in at this repair facility. From what I understand they were extremely busy and unable to get his car in but at the very least someone took his vehicle out for a test ride. They offered some guidance and some suggestions which I’m sure didn’t feel like much at their end, but at our end it was extremely helpful. As I live in Winnipeg and couldn’t really help. Just wanted to say “Thanks” and mention that obviously they care very much about helping people out. Kudos!
