What an incredible experience from start to finish! Robin was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was personable, punctual and really made the whole process a special one. As this was a gift given to a family member from 14 hours away, I appreciated that a photo was sent of the final product. It was absolutely beautiful - I’m so pleased with the outcome. We ordered a fruit and chocolate bouquet for our daycare to enjoy during ECE week. They absolutely loved it and and noted the fruit was at the perfect ripeness! Customer service was outstanding- Robin was so nice to order from and was kind enough to squeeze this order in on short notice. We will definitely be ordering from this lovely local gem again. Everything about my experience with Frootables was great. First, they are a small business and locally owned, so that drew me to them. Second, price wise, they beat their competition quite easily. Third, when I called, Robin was very kind and was able to help me out with a Valentine's day order that could have been more difficult. She allowed me to pick what I wanted for style and chocolate type, and even was able to work out a delivery for the busiest day of the year. She had great customer service and obviously wanted to build a relationship. In that, she succeeded. Lastly, but certainly not least, they delivered my order to my significant other, and called me ahead to make sure everything would work out, time-wise. Then, when my significant other got the gift, she loved it. The strawberries looked amazing and tasted even better. Truly, wonderful job by Frootables. Would absolutely recommend and I will be returning for future business.
