5 Star Limousine

I had the chance to book a beautiful hummer limo from 5 star limousine rental for my prom and found them to be the best limo company in Toronto!! They were really friendly, co-operative, and very straight forward. I've had hummer limo rentals in the past for my aunts wedding but this one raised my expectations for any upcoming events, a very professional, punctual, and profound experience. The limo was well ventilated and lighted, the driver was experienced and friendly and overall made my night that much better! Definitely will be renting from 5 star limousine from this day forward.

The limo was more than 30 minutes late, which made us late for our first stop. Their excuse was that the limo had broken down and he was giving us a bigger limo as an alternative. My friend works for a limo company and says that's the biggest excuse in the book, this the guys just woke up late. He was almost falling asleep while he was driving. The check engine light was on in the limo, not to mention the driver was smoking in the limo while we were at a stop. I booked because of the high rating on Google, that was a mistake. The only good part about the experience was the admin staff when booking the limo.

Amazing and very professional service We booked them for the first time for a video shoot and were very particular with our vehicle specification. They delivered to their promise. We hired 5-Star Limo in Toronto for our wedding recently. We asked for a 16-person limo as we needed it for exactly 16 people and were assured that we would be getting one that would fit everyone accordingly. However, a few days before the wedding we saw that on our contract they had written 14 people. We called and they assured us again that it was only for the paperwork that they listed 14 but that we would get one that fits 16. So the wedding day arrives, and of course, the limo is small and definitely does not fit 16 (normally sized) people! Our fathers had to go in a separate car.Also the stereo/radio did not work. The limo did not have a clean appearance inside with a few broken fixtures, including a hole in the ceiling. At least it didn't rain...The only positive feedback - the driver was friendly and on time, no issues with her.

This is the worst Limousine company I have ever used. They picked us up for a birthday and there was absolutely no heat in the limo. We were all freezing and the driver would not even speak to us. We are not sure what his problem was. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DISCOMFORT AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

We had a very unprofessional experience and the service from 5 Star Limousine service was not enjoyable. To start the air conditioning was not working and it was 28 degrees Celsius out. The driver assured us it would improve, however it did not. We asked that we receive a new bus, however we did not. The stereo system in the bus was also very poor. There was no way to play music expect for the radio and cds. In our current times you would think there would be an upgrade to a stereo to play music from phones or usbs'. The biggest concern however was the extreme heat. When I called to discuss this with the company, two weeks ago, a representative (Wendy) was quite difficult to deal with on the phone. She assured me the manager, Jack, would call me however I am still waiting. I was most surprised when I called by the lack of cooperation from Wendy, as not only was she difficult but she would not provide her name or the name of the manager at first. After the rental was agreed upon this whole encounter was very unprofessional. Please choose another service if you are reading this. You wont regret it.

Excellent Service! Thank you very much 5 Star Limo...We just used their services for a wedding last weekend. We had requested for a Hummer, the vehicle was New and very Clean. The driver was very professional and prompt. We had great time in the Limo. We went for a tour of Downtown Toronto after the wedding and the driver ensured we drive by every landmark in Toronto. Thank you 5 Star Limo for a great night. We will definitely order limo from you again.

I am completely discusted with the service of 5 Star Limousine!!!Got picked up late and weren't allowed to enter the limo without paying the full price. Took a trip downtown to be stranded for 2 hours at the time of pick up was told we were going to be picked up at 3:15pm and he didn't show up till 5:12pmThis was the worst experience in my life not to mention my daughter was late for dance to the point where she didn't make it at all.DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANYYou will be sorry

I think people will have their ups and downs with any company they choose to hire.Back in May of 2014, it was my High school prom and I decided to go with 5 starLimo.Nick was FANTASTIC, giving me a 30 passenger party bus, on a HUGE discount plus no tax, (we had switches vehicles about 5 times because more people had been interested)The driver was ON TIME, for arrival and for pick upThe driver was very understandingThe limo was clean, and between everyone's hair makeup dresses and suits no one really did much but listen to music and talk (the drive was about 30 mins max)I had a great service from nick (I also went and SAW the Limo BEFORE I had even rented it, he was very sweet to let me go in with my Boyfriend and to see what the conditions were in)

I recently booked this limo for my prom. I, as well as my friends, had a great experience with your limo service. The driver was courteous, friendly and professional. He was very good at his job and knew the city and it's streets. The limo itself was clean and comfortable to ride in. 5 Star Limousine is the best limousine rental service in Toronto. I will certainly be using your services again in the future.
