It was the start of my motorcycle trip and I had a blown valve stem. I replace the valve stem but had trouble putting the tire back on. These people put the tire back on the rim and wouldn’t take any money from me. They saved my trip and the two front ladies at the counter were beyond nice. Thank you so much.

The folks at Bracebridge Yamaha always go beyond the call to help. I had a mechanical issue 2 weekends ago and despite parts shortage and being back ordered they were able to get my sled back on the trails for the following Friday. I was touring the area and after a small mishap, needed a part in order to continue my adventures. Stopped in to see if they had it in stock. Unfortunately they did not - then the magic happened... Kristi, Sue, and Daniel went or of their way to come up with a solution for me. I left with the replacement part installed, and overwhelmed at their kindness, compassion, and service. I smiled for the rest of the day. Truly amazing!!

My father and I recently bought a pair of grizzlies from Bracebridge Yamaha. We had priced bikes from Toronto to North Bay and no one could touch the deal we got there. Gary And Joanne Treated us beyond good. I know where I will be heading when it comes time for a new toy...EDIT, 5 years later. Since this review I have bought a generator, Countless aftermarket accessories And my son just bought a 250 V-Max. Again, and I can't stress this enough!!! the prices are untouchable.
