The new owners are absolutely amazing! We recently scrapped our 2006 Chevrolet Equinox and they told us they would give us $700 for it and we got there and they gave us exactly what they said they would. They are honest and really nice people. And I would definitely recommend anyone go there for their scrap needs.

What an excellent service I received from this place. I had been looking for a door for my Honda Civic, which I could not locate locally from any wreckers, in Niagara Peninsula. I started looking for it from distant Wrecking yards. I came across an ad from Port Perry Auto Wreckers., which is around 200 kilometers away from where I am. I contacted via that ad, and got a very prompt response back, even on the weekend. The person gave me all the details on it. Also gave me very good price and offered to deliver as well. Although the delivery cost gave me a little pinch, but I had no time to travel that long to pick up the door. I left my contact and Monday morning, the owner of the Yard, Hamid, called me himself, to see if I was still interested, as he had multiple buyers looking at the same part. Since I was the first one to contact he wanted to give first chance to me. He was very very helpful and polite on the phone. I needed some pictures , since I was buying sight unseen. He had his workers dig the car out of snow, remove the door and took pictures and sent them to me, so that I am fully satisfied.I was pleasantly shocked with such an excellent service by Hamid, that I offered him to purchase and asked him to have it delivered. Sent a deposit and delivery was scheduled after 4 days.What really is forcing me to give them 5 Star rating, is that I got a message a night before delivery from the owner, Hamid. And he apologized that his worker had left early due to sickness and the door could not get on the delivery truck. And he is now getting it delivered by hand in a vehicle at the same day and same time it was promised.This is incredible Customer Service, and the big surprise came when I received the door next morning, delivered on a personal vehicle, by no other but the owner Hamid himself. He said to me that nothing more is worth to him than keeping his commitments to the customers. Its 5 hours trip, he left at 4 am to get to his Yard to pick up the door and was in Niagara Falls by 7 am.What an amazing merchant mentality and dedicated customer service. Nothing but 5 Stars. Had a very good experience with Port Perry Wreckers. Called them 2 days ago and asked how much to pick up a scrap car I had sitting in the driveway for a couple years? The guy I talked to said $600 with the original cat on the car. So I told them I'll call to pick it up in a couple of days. Two days later I called and true to his word they picked up the car and paid the money. Very easy and smooth transaction with the tow truck driver with no issues what so ever. Great job.
