Our AC wasn’t working, and A1 was able to come out the next day in the morning to help us. Very fast and efficient service, with great pricing! Tim was the service technician who was very professional, and able to solve our issue and get our AC working again! We will definitely use them again in the future if needed. Great team of professionals arrived at my house this morning for an ac install, furnace service and humidifier install.They identified a few deficiencies in work other trades had done in my home unrelated to the work they were doing, but relating to the furnace. They spruced everything up, didn’t charge me for the extra due diligence. Overall very friendly and knowledgeable.Aaron and Conroy led a great team. Super happy with the pricing, the experience and service.

Honestly, feel like we got a bit fleeced. The price of the work required didn’t at all reflect the effort in the end and the price wasn’t adjusted accordingly. We were quoted an amount that assumed some labour hours and in the end, it was much more simple. Yes, they are specialists and have the skills but upon realizing the job didn’t require significant hours, it would have been nice to see the price reflect the work. Not sure if I’d use this company again.Edit: Since the company has responded, I'll verify some of these details.Yes, they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly which was appreciated on a hectic day after initially being told it would be a 6 days (with a long weekend in between).The main point of frustration is that we paid $1,500 dollars for someone to drive to our house, re-diagnose a problem that another company had already diagnosed and we had shared with this company, drive to a warehouse for a part that the other company had already identified was there and we had informed them of, and then swap the part which, from my understanding, was very simple (~3 - 5 min of work unplugging some chords, sliding off a part, putting another on). We were quoted an amount and agreed to it under the assumption that it would take some time to fix.All the work was done well and they were professional so I don't have any contention there but the price for the work required (after already paying another company for a diagnosis fee) was a pretty bitter pill to swallow. For context, the other company which couldn't do the work had quoted us the same amount also under the assumption that it would take some time to complete the work.

Our AC unit was not working properly, I called A-1 and they were able to squeeze us in while they were extremely busy. The serviceman Mike was very professional and friendly he explained to us what exactly was wrong with our system and how to maintain it properly throughout the year. Our system is now fixed and we are enjoying the AC again. Thanks to A-1. We will definitely be using them from here forward.Brad

We contacted A-1 to have our AC system checked before the warm season started. Conroy was the technician that arrived at our home. My wife had lots of questions and Conroy patiently answered them and explained in layman's terms. He discovered an issue with our humidifier that could hamper the effectiveness of our system and corrected it. He also advised us on a better filter set up. Our thermostat also needed a setting change and he was able to accomplish that after researching the product on line.Conroy provided the most thorough inspection of our system that we have experienced.I highly recommend Conroy and A1 Heating.

I called this company Wednesday morning because my air conditioner had quit working and not more then 4 hours later it was fixed and cooling my house. Quinten was so professional and competent that I will call A1immediately from now on for any heating or plumbing problems!! Thanks so much for your fast and excellent service.

We recently had A-1 Heating supply and install a new furnace, air conditioner and thermostat and we are very pleased with the results. They provided us with excellent services. Curtis came to our house twice to review what we required in our home and provided excellent information to us regarding quality, cost and installation. Al and Conroy did the installation and we could not be happier with their services. They were courteous and efficient. They reviewed all of the equipment and provided instructions on the proper use and maintenance when they were finished. All questions were answered and I feel confident in their abilities and knowledge. They totally cleaned up when they were done even sweeping our stairs.We would recommend A-1 to anyone looking for heating and cooling service or installation.Doug and Gail

End of the day a furnace is a furnace and AC is AC.There's so many different options and companies to chose from and the explanation of the different choices/options from the start was great. It was never a sales pitch, just simply explaining what the options were and the benefits of each of them.Where A-1 Heating separates themselves from everyone else is in the install and customer care. We just had the entire Daikin FIT Furnace, AC, Humidifier and Thermostat system installed in our home and the quality of work was outstanding. The venting being run as tightly as possible to the ceiling and hidden all while still maintaining the proper slope for drainage and the overall clean look of the install once done is just fantastic. The technicians were always on time and able to explain everything and answer any questions we had, they were very approachable and personable. The technicians were also very courteous of our home and kept a very clean working environment the whole time. Hauled away all the garbage, laid down protective mats on the floors and just respected our home as though it was their own.Very happy with the entire process from start to finish and will definitely be recommending A-1 Heating in the future.Thank you to Curtis, Brad, Nolan, Ted and Stjepan.
