10 min call before getting to me place. Got an email explaining what was to be done to speed up the process. Matthew was the fellow who took care of my concrete Ants and say I ever heard of it but now I did and I’m glad Matthew took care of it. Thank you Photo does not show the amount I’d call them cockroaches.

The Bug Man was great to work with. They were quick to respond with a quote and we had someone scheduled to come within days. Scott showed up exactly when he said he would and did a great job explaining the process. Really put my mind at ease that the products they use are safe for my kids and family. 10/10 would use them again if needed!

They were awesome! Sam, the operator, is so awesome!!!! I was moving and I found out that my tenancy agreement requested a flea inspection and I had two days left to move and Sam was able to get me an appointment in the nick of time! And matthew was great as well. It didn't take long and we got the report the same day!

Three reasons to use this Co.: 1) A real human answers the phone and walks you through the options and process 2) They arrive on time (early in fact) when so many service companies need a huge window. 3) Hunter was super nice to my kids, it has nothing to do with killing wasps but it says a lot about a young man when he takes the time to explain the process to the curious kids.The price may seem high but you are paying for value not time. They get the job done!

And Mathew was exactly on time. He was terrific! So kind, polite and took the time to ask me questions, let me ask questions, and offered his professional opinion on what the best path for us would be. He inspected all three levels of our home and all around the outside as well!Their customer service is unmatched in my opinion.
