WARNING. Use this company at your peril. We engaged this company, specifically Teresa, to draw up the plans for an extensive renovation of our coastal in Maine and paid a $2000 deposit. The preliminaryl plans were presented to us with no relevance to anything that was briefed in our initial meeting, at our property. We decided to terminate our relationship immediately as she obviously had not listened to a word we said in that meeting and subsequently sent us a bill for $3500 which was supposed to cover the prelim plans, which probably took a few hours.Be warned she is unscrupulous as well as totally useless.

We hired Teresa to do plans for an extensive remodel of an older home in Portland. She was not responsive and would disappear for long periods of time. She delayed our permits by a couple weeks when she had a family crisis but did not communicate that to us. The worst was our cabinets. She ordered them, they arrived with multiple problems and she disappeared, never to be seen again. We were left to work with the sales rep directly. It cost us a lot of money and time. She is creative but completely unprofessional.
