I cannot say enough bad things about this company. They were hired to take care of us after our house burnt down. We had to fire them in the middle of our claim because they just kept making things harder for us or causing more work. The last straw was when they left us stranded without water on the 23rd of December. This place is a total joke. If you need someone reliable to get you through a major crisis, do not hire Service Master Sudbury!

Horrible experience. Nothing but a money hungry owner. Would stay away at all costs. Employees are good people. The company makes promises it doesn't keep. Beware.

We were very happy with the cleaning services we received. The workers showed up on time and did a wonderful job. They were very detailed and provided everything we requested. We would definitely recommend Service Master!

My experience with this company was a poor one. Several of their employees felt the need to openly communicate the poor treatment and lack of organization they receive from management. The quality of service was poor as many corners are cut. The training provided by this company is extraordinarily lacking for it's employees.
