Fish & chips where made fresh to order.Definitely not the same after ownership had changed . The restaurant was disappointing. No heat in building the washroom hall way was blocked off

I have been eating here since I was a kid at this point (20 years? 15? Not sure) Favorite fish and chips place by far! They're so friendly and sweet on the phone, I love the sing-song Granny booooooooons" they do when I call and the food is amazing! I typically get a two piece haddock and chips with coleslaw

Amazing fish & chips. Very good value for money. Had a single Halibut dish and was very impressed with the food taste. The serving portion is also sufficient. Fries were good too not oily at all. The dining area is very clean and spacious. I will keep coming back to this place.

I am honestly appalled that they're still in business if what I got was typical.Went in at 12:30 - prime lunch hour. I ordered a halibut-n-chips for takeout. The halibut pieces are about 4 x 2" and very plainly cooked from frozen - can aftertaste it quite plainly. Got about a half-pound of fries with that - hard to mess those up

Granny Bonn's makes great fish and chips. Period. You certainly won't be overwhelmed by the surroundings, but you'll be concentrating on your meal anyway. Most folks, and there was a lineup, take their food home. Phoning ahead will probably save you a bit of time.

Ordered 2 piece Haddock and Chips. Paid $14 and got barely enough fries for 1 person and most of them were tiny bits and not even fries. The batter on the fish was so salty it was barely edible and small portions. I've paid similar elsewhere and gotten so much food we could barely finish it. This was my first time here and I won't be back. Better value for my money elsewhere!

Great fish and chips, and the folks are so friendly. I just wish they asked if I wanted tarter sauce, because the default is without, and I always forget to ask for it.

Sorry friendly staff, specials were a great price. I recommend the halibut I really liked it. The chips were awesome too!
