Send them a picture by email of the printing I want, the colour was blue on the picture, I even went ahead and sent a second email to make sure the colour of the print will not be black, well guess what it was black!!! 80$ wasted.... when I asked why they did it in black, the employee told me I did not ask for a different colour... why then I sent them the pic... the epic part: he told me, well next time... not the first but definetely last time I deal with them!

Lovely shop! Amazing custom products! Great customer service!I have had several custom T-shirts printed there and other types of products and it is a hit every single time. Amazing quality T-shirts too, and bags, etc. Prints are still looking brand new after several washes and drying.Malda takes good care of her clients and is very creative and helpful. She'll print on a t-shirt (or bag or other) whatever your mind desires. She can make it happen!The shop is also very cool.

Very expensive and inconsistent service. The design of my T-shirts were altered in between prints and they introduced mistakes in the artwork. Plus the logo of the company was placed in such a way that most of it is hidden under the arm which defies the T-shirt’s purpose.Any professional would have caught these mistakes.

Had a very poor experience. Was first told a certain price, then right as I was ready to cash out I was told the price would actually be $20 higher than what I was told. Once I eventually got my products, I realized later that Biboss had messed up the printing. Went back the next day to get it fixed and was offered no compensation for the time I had to waste getting this done again, not even an apology from the staff. Would definitely not recommend, I have gotten much better service elsewhere.

What an amazing experience doing my custom printing project with them! I had a last minute rush order for Father's Day as I could not get out much with a newborn at home. They not only helped me customize every little detail to the tee but also delivered the tshirt and onesie home in a beautiful gift bag for free! Great quality, good prices and excellent service! Would highly recommend them for any printing needs you may have.

This place is amazing! She did an amazing job printing a special project I wanted as a present for my dad. Responds quickly, willing to do things other places might not offer, and was surprisingly fast considering how close to christmas I contacted her. Print quality was great, the shirt looked so good. Highly recommend!

I love this place! Gab isis real nice and helpful, as the rest of the staff. The quality of the product is great. I highly recommend this place, the best in town.Those with negative comments probably didn't have their morning coffee!
