Some of the ladies here are rude and will not admit to their mistake as they will continuously tell you that it’s your fault even though they gave you a complete different order then what u asked. I would say that when speaking to customers they should not be screaming but talking in a nicely manner as it is one of their responsibilities.

I went to use the restroom, and im quite tired of food establishments having very poorly kept bathrooms with no toilet paper, soap and a mess. So i left and didn't get a coffee here at this location as i find it gross and not fit for a public bathroom in this country. And certainly it's not for the people handling my beverages and food.

The iced coffee (Biebs Brew) and Timbiebs were very fresh and good. The drive-thru of this branch was very quick. I will try this Tim Hortons branch later!

At the time I walked in this place was busy. I liked how the staff worked together to complete our orders.A few of the open tables we're cleared, but not wipe down. Example, crumbs from someone who ate at the table before I arrived.

Product delicious as usual, but the shop owner should train his employees to improve their English and Customer service skills, to be friendly with people. I had hard times with one of the employees, that even I forgot to scan my Tim Hortons card.

So this morning I happened to grab my usual coffee from Tim Hortons. And I see a baker applying the chocolate dip on donuts without gloves and I asked the lady at counter.. why is the entire process very unhygienic she simply in a very cold replied you are not a baker.. wow l!! is this how you deal with a grievance ? I’m paying for my food and I expect to get it a neat condition. I don’t want to eat something with someone’s dirty bare hands.

Unbelievable nice manager Delio. I'm so surprised with Delio today. He handled the mistakes of my breakfast so well. He just made me another wonderful day.Another Asian old man (manager Charle,I believe) he is amazing too.It great to have you guys in this location. Hope you guys never change the managers.supervisor lady. Fix the mistake of my order in no time.

Long drive through, they mixed up our order and charged us more. We realized and asked them to adjust the bill. The wrap they gave me in red pack was open on the end bottom and all my steak fillings dropped in the bottom of the wrap. I was left with a soaked dripping red pack and an empty wrap! I had to throw it out as it was making everywhere nasty. They didn't even wrap a sandwich on both ends properly. I wasted my time, money and left there hungry. Please train your staff on basic skills of correct order and correct wrapping. This was really disappointing. Besides, the wedges are cold, overcooked and dry!

One of the most amazing Tims we have been, amazing customer service, got our order very fast and the quality of the item we order were just amazing. Often we order the same item from other locations and not always the quality is as good but this location is great.
