I recently hired McMillian drainage solutions to waterproof my basement. I had several different estimates done and they were substantially lees expensive than ALL other estimates proving to me that they were much more knowledgeable and experienced in the business and were there to do only what needed to be done therefor not over charging me for unnecessary work. They were very prompt , professional, clean and did a fast and fantastic job. I highly recommend Wayne and his team .

Wayne installed a sump pump and improved our drainage. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He and his crew did a great job and left the job site clean and tidy. I highly recommend him for any drainage or water proofing work. We are very happy with the results.

We hired McMillan Waterproofing to replace underground drainage for our downspouts and sump pump. Wayne was very responsive and communicated clearly abut the problem and the solution. He was very professional and thorough in his approach to the work. Upon completion, he and his crew cleaned up the yard thoroughly as he had indicated they would at the outset. Highly recommended.

We had a few leaks develop on a block foundation wall after pouring a concrete patio a few years ago. Wayne and his guys had no problem dealing with this and worked around a deck with pergola as well. Very clean work and minimal to no damage to the lawn and landscaping. He uses a rubber bladed sweeper to clean stones from the grass! I highly recommend this company and would never hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.
