Fleming Mark G Dr

I had a lovely experience at Dr. Fleming's dental clinical this past winter! Great staff.

I had not been to the dentist in an embarrassing long time, mostly because of bad experiences. My experience here was so much beyond positive. They were kind, courteous, empathetic and helpful. They worked within my budget and it was all-in-all mostly painless!!

Excellent dentist with a great personality!

A little insight is required to grasp the experience in it's entirety. My family and I had been seeing Mark for a long time.. as long as I can remember, checkups , dental work , the whole 9 yards. Which is why I find it extremely uncanny that it was near impossible for me to book an appointment (via email as I'm working during the day hours) after exclaiming that I was in alot of pain. The attempts for an appointment to made continued to the day 3 mark just to be told they could put me on a cancelation list.. I have my schedule until June and could have very easily given the receptionist a date well in advance.I finally had a day off 2 days later, in which I called the office and explained I now had an abscess that has ruptured on it's own, I was looking for advice. I was told he would call me back in 15 mins after dealing with a patient and I never heard a word I think that really turned the knife for me a real screw you. I have switched to a different family dentist, I'm happy to see others were delivered good treatment and to that I hope it continues but when it comes to Mark Flemming on main street, I won't be back.

Great dental clinic! Dr.fleming and his staff were great with my kids.
