I purchased doors from this company on two separate occasions. In both cases they messed up on the colour. On the 1st occasion, they claimed the error was due to the fact that they used another manufactures colour chart than the one I requested. In this case, I didn't make much issue of it.On the second occasion, they messed up on the colour, providing me a dark blue colour (which looked black in their shop) but is a definite blue when in the sun and especially next to the black windows (which were to be colour matched. I gave them a sample of the window moulding and the colour code as was provide by the window manufacturer). Neither the rep (Derek) of the owner (John) accepted responsibility for their mistake. They placed blame on the company they use for painting who placed blame on Forhomes for not providing the painting company the proper sample.To make matters worse, Forhomes provided the wrong hinges and refused to replace them - though they promised to do so. They also keyed two doors the same when requested (in writing) they key them differently.This company not only caused me great stress, they also cost me a lot of time and money. It would have been reasonable for them to resolve the issue by fixing their mistakes.I will never use them again and recommend that others avoid unprofessional people like them.

We are very happy with the excellent work that ForHomes completed for us. Art was very responsive and listened to our needs and we ended up with a fantastic finished product. The installers were professional, on time and clean. The small details that you do not expect were nice. Black spacers, matching caulking, painted and capped lintels.

We recently hired forhomes to install Aluplast Tilt and Turn windows. The quality of the windows is fantastic, and the installation team led by Michael truly care about their work. Very professional install job from the windows, to the caulking, to the clean up. Thank you again, Eddie

I recently had a few new windows installed on my property.Forhomes was very easy to work with and I am very happy with the end result. I liked the huge variety of designs they had to offer and found their prices to be very reasonable compared to other suppliers. Forhomes recently installed new windows and doors on our house and did a fantastic job! We are extremely happy with the quality of the product as well as the attention to detail in the installation. The crew worked well together, and within the day, replaced all new windows in the house. I cannot say enough about this company. I would give it 20 stars if I could. The project manager, Art, the office staff, the installers - everyone was true to their word. The quality of the Rehau window is awesome. I've had Rehau windows in my home for 12 years and just changed our sliding door as well as basement windows and went with the Euro Vinyl door with 3-point locking system. It is just amazing. I love the extra security it offers and the clean lines as well as beautiful hardware. I would highly recommend this company for windows and doors. We had no issues and the job was done in the time frame we were told. Thanks again to everyone at For Homes. An awesome job well done !

The people at For Homes are very professional and were with us throughout the entire process from deciding on the design of the windows and doors to installation and beyond. They were happy to spend time with us and explained everything we needed to know about windows and doors as this was our first time doing such a project. They even gave us opinions and suggestions based on their experience with other customers (unlike some other companies that we evaluated which simply said it's up to you" or "there aren't that many options").We actually learned a lot about own house through this process too! The installers were quick yet determined to make sure each window and door is perfect by testing each one. They had some challenging windows to install (see pictures of a two story window and curved/arching windows) but everything went smoothly. It was a great pleasure to work with Kris and his Team on the exterior door project. We had a unique situation and wanted a custom design from a local manufacturer. Kris was very detailed and took the time to go over everything in person with us, from door designs in the showroom to multiple home visits to show stain and hardware samples to ensure they matched the exterior and interior just the way we wanted. The installation was smooth and quick. Both doors look just the way we envisioned wand worth waiting for. We worked with Vito to have a 6 foot by 8 foot aluminum patio door ordered and installed. Everything went perfectly and the build quality and finish of the door we got is next level. Communication was excellent and Vito was very patient with us having never ordered a door or window before. He walked us through everything. The day the door came and was installed everything went smoothly. The team was super professional. Every element and detail was done with exceptional quality and attention to detail. The door was installed on exposed brick on both sides and they did an excellent job with the silicone and the aluminum pieces that fit around the door frame and the door sill.
