I had a gown that needed last minute alterations and these ladies made it happen! They were able to hem, let out the bodice and sew in cups with only 30 hours turnaround time. The quality of the work was fantastic and my dress fit me like a glove. Thank you for being my fairy godmothers! Can't recommend this business enough.

Fantastic work on my hem at a reasonable price. I immediately brought in more complex work and was still given a good price considering what needed to be done. The shop is nice and clean and the staff have been very pleasant. I am happy to make this my regular spot for alternations.The shop can be found on the 3rd floor of the building at the end of the hall.

Tina and her team are magicians and sewing needles are their wands. They are incredibly friendly and consistently do a phenomenal job with my clothing. I have brought suits, jeans, shorts, and shirts to them and they are truly skilled at turning everything into a custom-tailored fit. Prices are higher than average, but you're paying for exceptional quality and service. Turnaround is about 2 weeks but I guarantee you'll be very pleased with the results. Their confidence in their work shows when they don't accept payment until you are fully satisfied with the fit of your clothes.

Tina is amazing and knows what she’s doing. My husband and I have gone to her for formal and informal; high end and low end; black tie and casual, attire. Items always turn out amazing. She takes so much care of your clothes whether it’s a suit or a cotton t shirt.

I've been taking clothing to Tina to get repaired or altered for a couple of years, and I'm so happy every time I pick up my items. She listens to me and how I want my clothing to fit me while providing professional advice. She's always so welcoming and kind, and is flexible with pickup times that work for me, and at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend her services!

I had my wedding dress altered back in Calgary where I bought the dress. I had lost some weight and needed it altered again and they did an AMAZING JOB!! She noticed things about the dress that I did not and was so thankful that she did. The dress in the end was 1000x better than what the lady did in calgary! Definitely recommend this place to everyone :)

Tina has been altering my clothes for a decade. I drive an hour from Squamish for her professional service 2-3 times a year. Many dozen alterations later and I have been happy every time. Highly recommend!

Where to start! I purchased some lovely rain gear on Kickstarter and while it is water proof; the zippers sucked.I had to replace zippers on two jackets and a pair of zip side rain pants. I went to three different places in Vancouver before I found “the zipper master”. The work on my jackets and pants was awesome. The zippers were high quality and selected with thoughtful care and attention to detail (a reversal jacket has a special zipper). The cost was reasonable for the quality of work.In some cases you should be prepared to wait as there is a lot going on.From what I’ve experienced, if you want the best quality, service, and value for tough zipper related issues I can’t imagine how I’d find a better place on earth. I am so thankful for this alteration place. They are amazing! Amazing customer service and very understanding. My pants were made incorrectly from someone else and I needed them fixed in a day. She was able to take them in to alter and thoroughly determine what needed to be changed. I will only go here for alterations from now on. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Tina is very detail oriented and gives expert advice. I couldn’t believe what a fantastic job she did on my tailored dress—and for such a great price! I’ve since taken other items to her and recommended her to friends as well. Very happy with work!
