A great store for your pet's needs! The staff were very helpful and friendly; they weren't pushy at all and asked what I needed so they can help me find it. Definitely a good place to go especially if you're looking for more of the specialty stuff or want some variety as compared to your big box retailers.

the upper management is extremely putrid, vile and rank; however, that cute employee girl is gorgeous and very helpful she taught me all about how kibble was created during the world war to help combat the nazis. very educational experience, now i only feed my chihuahua steve raw food only while duck head and quail egg with spirulina and organs

what a gem! simple ingredient bulk treats, food toppers, and supplements for my pup for very reasonable prices! plus they have a raw food section and other useful gadgets and toys for pets. I wish I knew about this place sooner!

Moved close by not too long ago and a few weeks ago we got a puppy. I visited Korna pet store and probably spent a fun hour getting everything I needed for my new pup. He’s now all set up and it’s become our go-to place for all our pet supplies. We recently also received a very cute card in the mail thanking us for our custom, coming from the retail corporate world myself, I really love these added touches that really go above and beyond. Not something they needed to do but appreciated. So thank you!

Came here with some friends today, wow this place has everything! I spent over 45 min in this place looking for treats for my pet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What made the day even more special was that there was an on site Santa picture sign up! Will definitely be coming back!

I popped into the store this evening & was very dissatisfied with the customer service. I was the 3rd person in line, there was one girl on the check stand & you could literally hear the other staff members in the break room laughing & talking, then a young girl came out & proceeded to walk up to the check stand where she just stood playing with her hair & then she proceeded to walk around the store doing absolutely nothing. At no time did she offer to help anyone. I really have come to not expect customer service in most stores but was quite surprised that this happened in this store, as I have always had great service. Will really be considering going to a different store.

WOW such good customer service.When we first got in, the store manager was super friendly and helpful, and even gave our dog so much love.The prices are really great, but even after buying, they sent us a hand written thank you card for coming in!100% loyal now

I recently stopped in at this location in pursuit of puppy supplies & some helpful information (new puppy owner - I need all the info I can get to keep this little energy bundle healthy & happy!)I was met by a super happy-to-help staff member, I believe his name was Jay Jay. I must commend him on his comprehensive knowledge of pup nutrition and stimulatory toys! We were in very good hands & our little guy is now kitted out with ALL the necessities a pup could need and more. Highly recommend!
