Able Auto Transport

I just want to share my review on Alberta Able Transport. I wanted to ship out my car from Edmonton to Toronto and heard that this company would do a great job at shipping it BUT NO, they DIDN'T. I gave my car in advance early March and Adam the Manager" said it will be there on the 21st of March. I was told that the car would get there by that date and the company needed a week. I got here

Ron delivered my new to me vehicle tonight and he was very polite and great to deal with! He called me to let me know when the vehicle would be arriving, and he took great care to document the details of my car before he loaded it and showed me the anything he noticed when he dropped it off. Would definitely use him again!

I've had some horrible experiences with car transporters before. so many of these companies adverse big but aren't at all capable of delivering on time or without damages. Able Auto is actually a very experienced and big company with professional service. Thank God I found them. My car came across Canada, exactly on time, no damage and no surprise charges, the rates are actually good for what you get. I was very happy with the service and was treated with respect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone shipping a car! Thanks again.

Able auto saved me when I stupidly went with a company claiming to have better rates. Here’s a tip, it doesn’t exist. Able auto really has the fairest prices with the most reliable service. My car got here in 3 days! They picked it up in Toronto on August 22nd and delivered it to me on August 25th which I am not sure if it is the norm, but for the second time this year they’ve delivered my car ahead of schedule (nomad student). Their service is honestly quick, reliable and they have a real office to visit! Thank you Irene, and Randy for all of your help and I look forward to using your services again this December when I go back home!PS. Irene is very kind and patient and easy to deal with, she always takes the time to respond to every question that I have!

The price went up over $300 in three days. to move a vehicle from Calgary to Saskatoon.I spoke with a woman who was very unfriendly, who increased the price.My advice is to use KeeWest Auto Carriers out of Airdrie, Alberta.

I called to get a quote to pick up a vehicle from Edmonton and deliver to Ottawa. Service team advised they don't go as far as Ottawa but stop at Toronto. That super weird seeing their website clearly advertizes they go to Ottawa.....Response from ownerThank you for taking the time to respond to my review. It's truly appreciated. No mention of COVID was mentioned to me during my call yesterday and no option was given for me to pick up the vehicle from your Toronto terminal.Your rep only said you don't service beyond Toronto. Having been personnaly impacted by COVID I would have certainly understood this if your rep had mentioned it. Your rep also never gave me the option to pick from your toronto terminal. He just said you don't ship past Toronto....... Clear disconnect between your email and my experience with your staff yesterday.All good from my end as I've found an alternative.Thank you,Emile

Moved my Titan from Nova Scotia to Edmonton. Pick up was painless especially considering it needed a boost and the company did that pronto no problem. Thank you for that! Super friendly service from beginning to end.
