Memorial Walk In Clinic

Dr hicks is incredibly rude and tries to feed you mind altering drugs when shel says your a drug addict for smoking weed three months ago. Gf has been going there for years and will never go back. She won't do any proper test and doesn't listen to the problems you came in for. I really hope somebody looses it on her one day. I'd love to see her face. Anyways don't go here ppl. Look at the ratings and the review. This place is and.god damn joke

Not a walk in clinic UNLESS you’re already one of their patients. Oh and by the way they aren’t accepting any new patients so you can’t get it anyways. Don’t call yourself a walk in clinic when you only serve your current patients. Call yourself a family doctor office and leave it at that. That’s false advertising and WRONG.

Takes care of my mom well. She has been a lot more conscious about her health and I’m happy she is doing better now

They’re listed as a walk in clinic but are refusing walk in patients since covid started. Pretty sure if you’re listed as a walk In You have to accept those patients.The receptionist on the phone was very unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. Not really sure why they have her manning the phone as her customer service is extremely lacking.Mhighly advise avoiding this clinic, they don’t care about the patients just about your health care # and they money they make off it.

First time having met with Dr. Brar who was rude and has ZERO interpersonal skills. Was very arrogant towards my situation and did not seem to take any of my health issues seriously.

Their name says Walk in Clinic" but when I called they say unless I'm a current patient I'm not allowed to come as the Dr is not taking new patients. What part of walk in clinic means you have to have been accepted by the doctor as a patient in the past. That would be a private practice not a walk in clinic!"

Don’t know how this place is in operation. I stopped coming here years ago after repeated HORRIBLE advice from the doctors which was always “do more excirsise”. Sadly my dad continued going due to its convienant location.He had a silent heart attack “which we later found out prior to his triple by-pass surgery “ went to the clinic after it happened Dr said it’s heart burn and told him to do cardio. Next day we told him to go get a second check up, again he did and they said nothing. We then told them we wanted blood work done. Within 1 hour after getting the blood work done my father gotA call to go to the hospital ASAP and was admitted. He then went in for a triple by-pass.He’s 67, you would think the doctors would take more then 2 seconds to look at a client and take there age into consideration after a person says he’s having issues breathing. Nope not this place 2 times and both times they were clueless as to spot the obvious.DONT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

As far as walk ins go, this one is quite good. I never had any problems there with any of the staff.

Please aware that this place has changed the name to sunrise clinic". I'm not sure if the ownership has changed but it seemed the doctors were the same.The doctors are great but the staffs there will make your day living in hell.Below was my experience last week.The place is "walk-in" clinic but they have no process or plans or procedures to take care of the this type of customers. After presenting to them I waited no less than 2 hours and that was just the first phase even though you asked in advance that how long you would have to wait for your turn. So after at least 2 hours waiting I walked up and told them "you told me to wait for 1 hour because I'm a walk-in customer". They mumbled on some none sense but the one that i was told was "another hour". I think the time here in this office is like on a strange planet where time is stretched. So 1 hour means 2 hours.After 4 and half hour my mom told me :"let's go home and make an appointment".Next day we came back with an appointment. Skip through the frustration we made to the doctor'' office 45 minutes after the appointment time. Added to that another 1/2 in the room waiting for a doctor to visit.The place is supposed to calm and provide comfort physically and mentally to the people who are not well.Comon staffs and the whole office there. You need to work on your process so that I would feel comfortable and soothing to put my well being in your hands.I gave you 2 stars. The second star is for keeping your promise and called us in within half an hour (though it was actually 45 minutes) and I don't want to ruin the doctors' reputations.You need to seriously work on this. Changing to another name will not bring people to the clinic."
