My wife and I began a journey to home ownership 5 years ago. After 2 years of a rent to own agreement, we spent 3 more years of an absolute horrible experience with 2 different mortgage brokers, very difficult owners, that lost us $21,500.00 plus much more in equity. After a couple calls to Mark and his team, we had a mortgage in a week, and we now own our house, and made $150,000.00 in equity. Best decision I have made, was to call Mark and his team.
