Calaway Park Campground
We stayed 2 nights for Calaway Park in this July. Surprisingly it was a clean and tidy. They had a big laundry room and washroom / shower room. We didnt hear noise from the highway and ppl were quiet after 11pm. Campsites were a bit small but acceptable. We booked a back in full services site and we were lucky it was back onto a big field facing Calaway Park. Walking distance from the campground is less than 3 minutes and the park offers same day re-entry so we went back to RV for lunch and refreshment, and play again in the evening.

Calaway Park Campground
It's alright. Small, no privacy, no trees. Made for 1 night stays for families visiting the amusement park. There is a convenience store, public washrooms, and a laundry room. Lots are all on a hill so it takes a while to level your motorhome. Roads are gravel. It's also always super windy here but I like it.

Wow. I’m hesitant to write the review because I don’t want too many people booking here haha. Bathrooms were clean (though the ventilation in them wasn’t great and the entire bathroom steamed up whenever someone had a shower) - flush toilets AND hot showers though…Walking distance to the Calaway Park gates made it so we could take breaks mid day and for supper in the comfort of our own space.

Nice and close to the park! Water pressure issues, so bring a regulator if you plan to hook up. Facilities are good, but not enough of them and sometimes not very clean.

Calaway Park Campground
Checked in was easy (signed paper and paid). When we get to the assigned site, the sewer was unavailable. Informed two staff about the issue. Waited 1hour for staff’s feedback. Staff moved us to another site. Tried to talk to the manager but staff said manager was busy. Staff stated that they cannot give any discount or anything for the inconvenience.Pull through sites have no trees. Sites are close to each. No privacy.

Calaway Park Campground
We were just passing through but this campground was about the right distance for a day's travel. We called a few days ahead and were lucky to get a reservation. Park is busy because of upcoming Calgary Stampede. Customer service on the phone and then registering was friendly and efficient. The campground is right off the highway which is convenient--easy off and easy on the next morning. Site was level; access and egress were both easy. We would definitely stop here again.

Calaway Park Campground
The kids had an absolute blast. There was lots to do, lots of rides, and acceptable wait times. I also liked that sanitization stations seemed plentiful. We saw a 3D movie, a magic show, and tried out several rides. We were very satisfied with the experience. Having got the season pass will go a long way. However, I would not be so happy if I had paid the regular price of admission. Seems a little steep. But other than that, I would very much recommend it.

Very small sites.Kids constantly running thru middle of our site to get across the campground.Staff decided 7pm is an appropriate time to close the bathrooms for half an hour, right when people are getting kids cleaned up for bed.Girls in the store were great and very nice, but I dont think asking teenagers to enforce rules at a campground is a great idea as people were warned" 5+ times about the same thing (speeding thru campground) and nothing was done.Could be decent campground with some more trees and staff to enforce the rules so others can enjoy their stay."

Excellent location for our event during Springbank Airshow. Staff were very friendly, efficient andaccommodating! Campground, facilities are very tidy and clean! Walking distance to Calaway Park!

Calaway Park Campground
Lots are tight but do allow for a full size or pup tent to go along with your RV. Minutes away from the Callaway amusement park. On site washrooms with pay showers. On site pay laundry. Great view of the mountains in the distance.If you are traveling with jids great place to stop for a day or 2 and hit the amusement park.
