This is a sales shop. Service is not great for any kind of used bike, they have problems with ordering parts, waited months for a wheel. They blame their warehouse but.... I think there just unorganized, I dealt with 2 service guys and front of house and they all said diffrent things about the status of my wheel. Just go to Yantha cycle!

Have had the best experience with this shop. Customer service was great, and they allowed layaway while I saved up for my new ride. We are now looking for a new bike for our daughter and will be in to buy one. Unlike walmart , someone will take care of all her and our needs.

Bought my bike in 2015 and had amazing service. Now living in Vancouver bike was recently stolen, but I found it online, needed the serial # and purchase proof to get it back and Gear Heads (Jen) was so very helpful and promptly got me the info. Great local business, friendly and loyal to their customers. If you need a new bike definitely support this business in Petawawa.

The bikes and products they offer are much higher grade then anything you can purchase from stores like Canadian Tire. Because of this the prices are higher, they do have good sales on bikes from time to time. I purchased a bike here, I was properly sized for it and I was able to test ride the bike. It was night and day from the previous bikes Iv owned.There customer services is excellent, they bring personal experience with products they sell into the mix.Often they do have tips and tricks to costs down or how to save some money when purchases products.They also have a massive amount of knowledge about trails and things going on in the area.Gearheads can even teach you how to take care of your bike your self with bike mechanics classes.I really do recommend any one interested even in the slightiest in bikes go check this shop out to see for yourself.

Had to drive an hour to the store in order to replace a bike tire while on vacation. Melissa was awesome - super understanding and accomodating, made absolutely sure they had the right product in stock so I wasn't wasting my time. The GP5000's were priced right adn the store was beautiful and well outfitted. I wish this store was in my hometown and I hope to be back some day!

The staff here were a fantastic help! They fit multiple bikes to my size, let me ride them around to test them, and even offered to put together another bike for me to try. Great products, great prices, great people, great new location, just great!!

I recently purchased a mountain bike from GearHeads and had a great experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They seem really engrained in the sporting life of the community and offer a wide range of gear for many sports and seasons. Great location too. I highly recommend this shop and will be returning for more myself!
