Window Wizard Window & Blind Cleaning

If I could give 10 stars and 5 diamonds I would!!!I scheduled with another company weeks ago and they rescheduled me without even a phone call. That would be annoying as it is,but I'm getting married this weekend at my house and was counting on that company to show. I called window wizard and within 45 minutes they had rearranged their schedule and sent out a tech to help me out.Amazing customer service!!! I will never use any other window cleaning company again!!!Thank you! thank you thank you thank you thank you THANKYOU!!!!! What you did for me today was above and beyond!

I had all my exterior Windows and all interior blinds cleaned yesterday. Scheduling was easy because previous owner had Windows done before. 2 trucks and 3 employees showed up on time and were fast, efficient and courteous. Juan was great and gave me good feedback. I was so impressed I sent them back with 11 screens that need to be redone before I sell my home. I wish I had them come sooner but will call them first when I purchase my next home!

We are ongoing customers and pleased each time with the professionalism of the crew and products. Jesse was our technician on our most recent service and he couldn't have made it easier. Well worth the price and I don't have to bet on a ladder!

The workers that have come to my house are professional, kind, considerate, and don't mind little dogs and their following them. I am older and had them come to my home when I was there alone and I never had a moment of hesitation. Please use this company you will not be disappointed.

Wow, they did a great job! When I called, the person was friendly and she did a great job of explaining things. They were very accommodating as I work during their core hours. Three technicians showed up promptly at the scheduled time. My windows were pretty dirty, I must say. It took the three of them over an hour of solid work. They cleaned inside and out, including the screens, and window wells. They even killed some wasps near one of the windows. The end result was amazing....not one streak anywhere. I'm not sure what cleaning agents they use, but the job made my home look brand new and fresh. I will definitely make them part of my home maintenance routine from now on! My 1500 sf, single level home has a lot of windows and doors for a small house. The invoice was $150. I felt this was very reasonable, considering they use background checked, insured employees (not independent contractors). Sure, I could have found some fly by night person doing this kind of work under the table, but I really prefer to deal with reputable, above board, tax paying small businesses. I'm very happy with my choice!

Ethan came to clean our gutters under abysmal conditions. There was wind and frozen water and leaves in gutters, he stuck with it till everything was perfect. Hard work and determination = Ethan.Thank you so much!

They were 1:45 mins late, we have used them in the past with no issues before. They called last week to confirm the appointment they said “see you at 9”. We understand everyone runs late, the issues was how they spoke to my wife after questioning being late with no phone call. My wife informed they sorry the new time frame does not work. They said “well you need to schedule your day better” we will not use them ever again.

My most recent service included window cleaning inside and outside and cleaning blinds. Each person on the Window Wizard team was personable, friendly, efficient, thorough, careful and respectful of my home. They quickly transformed my windows from a mud-spattered mess from a freak rainstorm to crystal clear, beautiful windows. I have used Window Wizard for years and they always give excellent service.
