Upon initially taking my injury case, knowing it was only soft issue damage (which is irrelevant as compensation is still to be paid in almost all cases). I waited over 5 months without the firm even sending a statement of claim. They apparently were waiting on medical records from a clinic and decided they didn't want to pay for the records after all.The claim is well worth over 5k, but apparently that's not worth this firm's time.Much better injury firm's out around the GTA.
