Had an excellent experience shopping at The Car Store! Charles was professional and thorough with answering any questions or concerns my family and I had. We explored through the variety of cars in their inventory before deciding to go with the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to visit this store.

I wouldn’t go back to this store. I’m not sure if they even have a reputation to keep. We bought a BMW X3 a year ago and I’m glad i didn’t put a review right away when they asked me after the sale. Well here I am now. First, After signing the loan documents we were asked to come back coz the bank disapproved it and we needed to sign a loan documents again with a different bank. Second, we added few additional stuff like remote and even after 3 months it wasn’t available so we just ended up cancelling it. And third and worse, 3 weeks after the purchase the engine oil level is going down so fast so we came back and they just topped it up and were good to go. Then on our second month after the purchase its asking for more engine oil, i called them I was advised to go to canadian tire to buy an engine oil. Then battery needed to get replaced as car is not starting. Only to find out that the oil engine is leaking. So technically these guys will sell you a car that needed to get fixed. You guys have technicians how could you sell a car that you know would break down after 30-60days. You should know better. You just sold me a car that made sure will not breakdown in the first 60days. I spent more almost 3000$ to have it fixed. Unbelievable. Selling a car that is leaking and with battery problem. And you guys don’t call back. I thought i was satisfied with your service. But wait until few weeks and you will see problems. I would never deal with this dealer again. I bought another car (traverse) I got it from Jim Gauthier again and they are fantastic as always.

We bought an Audi from Charles at The Car Store, the transaction went very smooth, and got me approved for financing on the same day. The vehicle was well taken care off, and Charles was really honest with the history of the vehicle. They have a great inventory, will definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience at the car store, it was my first time buying a vehicle and Charles who works there, helped me look at all my options even from other dealerships, he didn’t try to steer me in one direction or another. It seems like they really care about taking care of their customers. My parents also bought a vehicle from them and had a great experience a number of years ago, so it’s great to see the consistency!

I dropped off my 2013 CRV for consignment and Elvis sold it for its fair market share. The Subaru Dealership only offered me half! That said, Elvis and his team did an exceptional job of keeping shop costs down having transferred his savings onto me making this an exceptional transaction for me the Seller. I was a single gal completely overwhelmed with what to do with my SUV. Elvis made this process a very smooth one articulating what to expect, offering assurance that my car was priced correctly and to be patient for the sale. If you have any doubts about selling your car, please don't!

Very good service working with Charles on finding the perfect car to fit my needs. They have always gone over and above when I bring the car in for maintenance, such as washing it after an oil change. I would recommend anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to start at the car store.

I recently took a vehicle for a test drive from The Car Store on Main. Elves gave me a quick orientation of the vehicle prior to departure. Upon my return Elves was able to answer all of my many questions about the car, warranty, extended warranty options, accessories, and service. He was also prompt when responding to text queries. While we did not end up purchasing a vehicle from there this time, my wife and I were left with a very positive impression from Elves and his team. They were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable and seem to offer a wide variety of high quality vehicles with very competitive pricing. When in the market for a vehicle, this place is definitely top of list. Five stars Elves.

By far the best dealership for me and my mom, My car got written off and as soon as i told Charles(the salesman) my situation, he works swift and transparent with everything, i am are trying to push my luck with the vehicle, not only they got me the vehicle that i got but also they manage to work around with what I can, in total pretty much a solid team they have and i would highly recommend this to all my friends and family.
