I love this Starbucks and the staff are so friendly, however, I purchased 3 drinks today (my total was $20) and the two pumpkin spice lattes were missing so much of the drink (didn’t see until I was home)… and both drinks were at a totally different level. It’s very disappointing as cost of living is so high right now and the last thing I want to do is spend that kind of money on an inadequate product. More consistency would be nice…

I’m not saying this is every coworker at the Glenmore location but quite a few times now my daughter has felt uncomfortable to go back because of a couple girls that disrespect her when she orders, she doesn’t know anyone there personally so I don’t get why my daughter is getting treated like this, it really is unfortunate that I have to even write a review because I’m not the type that would but it is unfair for my daughter to feel unwelcomed and to get her drinks back with a quarter of the drinks missing. Every time! I really hope this message just helps to see my point of view as a mother, a customer, and a human being.

Please educate your staff. More than the corporate policies is to use common sense and be kind. I walked into the store, it was a snowy evening, 0 clients in the store, while holding my small dog and with my card out to pay so I could quickly order my drink and wait outside. 2 baristas were there giving me a strange look and didn't say a work. 2 minutes later comes another one that instead of good night says: you cant bring your dog in, dogs are not allowed. I felt like I was being kicked out. At the same time I didn't understand why I can't have my dog with me to quickly order, since it's been 2 minutes that I was there waiting while the other baristas looked at me strangely lolSure, educate your clients about pet policy but ask and listen before making people feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. And no one asked if my dog is service/therapy dog.I had been there before, same situation, no one had an issue with it.

Every time I go to this store they always ruin my drink. Then when I say I got a venti I watched them pour my “grande” cold brew and then top it off with water in the venti cup. That wouldn’t happen if you had someone who knew how to take orders. Airport is better

I really like the dinning area in thin Starbucks. Employees are really nice and friendly. The only problem is that the hours are not consistent and sometimes they are close in the middle of the day.

Istg they keep messing up my order all the time. It’s either they can’t follow instructions or just simply lazy. What’s worse is that I would order when it’s not even busy so I don’t get how they can mess up a simple drink.
