Daniel Long was knowledgeable, had efficient communications and was really friendly. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for a used or new car. I was in a rush to pick up the car and he was able to put the whole deal together in a day. I initially viewed the car at 2 p.m. and picked it up the next morning at 9 a.m. licensed and ready to go!

We let a relative use our Honda Civic from La Prairie Quebec to Ottawa. When she decided to go on a one-day trip to Guananocque to get on a cruise, the car broke down in a middle of a deserted route. With the help of a local resident and the Kingston Honda team, we managed to have it towed and fully repaired in a few days. The team led by Tom, Bob and a few others took good care of the situation, had us reassured, gave a fair estimated of the costs of the repairs (new clutch). When we came to pick it up a week later, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and patient with us. Tom was empathic and took the time to explain the warranty related to the work done. We would recommend Kingston Honda dealer.

My husband and I had our first service with Honda Kingston and we almost got killed because of an unforgivable mistake.They forgot to put the lid on the oil tank and the engine started smelling like burning and it was empty from oil.I can’t imagine how they can provide such a bad service…Reply to your answer:Just a clarification the oil was completely empty and my husband added 3 litres before taking the car to service. I ought my first nee car (I've always had used in thr past) from Faye at Kingston Honda. Faye was so kind and friendly from start to finish. I knee what car i wanted and she made everything happen from test drive to payment. When I had a question afterwards she was happy to go through dash features with me once more. The reason I gave 2 stars because instead of 1 because it offered a competitive price. However, the dealership has to check their safety standards again. I'm in Guelph and drove all the way to Kingston to buy their used Sienna 2017. I have asked all about safety and mentioned the tires. They confirmed it was passed their safety standard. But I went to mechanic in my place, they assisted me to change my tires ASAP because they aren't safe. There are many cracks on tires, it's longer than 25mm. I have contacted saler to escalate to their manager but I still got the same answer It's passed our safety". Is that 400KM (Kingston to Guelph) will make significantly change of tire's safety? I doubt about that."
